SCOPE OF WORK:

Complete steel building erection turnkey project from the Design, Architectural Drawings, dirt work, underground drainage, concrete foundation, stabilized paving, Furnish the building and erection, supply and install 2- 20 ton cranes  in building, furnish all louvers for ventilation, furnish all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing along with the septic system. Installed warehouse bathrooms. Complete office interior built complete.

 

CHALLENGES:

Soils were not very good, had to bring in a lot of select fill. Unable to drill footings, had to install spread footings.

 

DURATION OF PROJECT: 10 months
