SCOPE OF WORK:

Complete turnkey steel building project from the design, architectural drawings, dirt work, underground drainage, concrete foundation, stabilized paving, Furnish the building and erection, supply and install 2- 20 ton cranes  and a 10 ton and a 7 ton in building, furnish all louvers for ventilation, furnish all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing along with the aerobic septic system. Installed warehouse bathrooms. Complete office interior built complete.

 

CHALLENGES:

Site drainage because the site was very un-level.
